Where you here Monday? 

Jaroslav Šindler (guitar), Jan Štolba (tenor sax), Vít Švec (double bass) and Pavel Plašil (drums), didn’t let anybody down, you should have been there, just like I said in the first place 🙂 It was a gig that held two sets of brilliant music, sounds that one can use in any arena or stage worldwide, these guys don’t need to apologize to anybody! And as a bonus or whatever you want to call it, they only played their own compositions, which is not so normal these days, especially in this music genre, where the easy way out is leaning on the old standards, and nothing wrong with that we need that also, but this just was soooooo good. 🙂 Ok, these guys are no pop-ups, they’ve been around, and they seem to work like old wine. Yesterday’s set was built around Fjordy, the band’s cd that was released 2023. Live is always live but if you want to expand your music collection, then this is not a bad choice, if you can find it. It would be very easy to fill this whole website by going into each individual, their skills and performance, but no, I don’t think there’s anything new I can add that hasn’t already been said about these guys and their superb musical skills. So go to the pictures and hope that you have the chance to catch these guy’s somewhere, it’s worth it!
