Sometimes everything just clicks
Came saw and conquered, I know, I’m using old cliches again but sorry, that’s what happened. Last night was the very first time for Jamie Marshall and his Amplified Acoustic Band (Jamie Marshall, voc.g., Svatka Štěpánková, voc.b., Radek Hlávka, g., Martin Petrásek, d.) at U Staré Paní, and yes I’ll be very surprised if we don’t see them there again. Sometimes everything just clicks. Saturday night, almost full house, the band at their very best, Radeks absolutely brilliant guitar playing at its rightful place, he really is a true virtuoso, the mixer/soundenginer, what a performance from his side, a 10+ night for him also, don’t let that guy go!, so what could go wrong? Well nothing, and it didn’t. With a few new songs on the set list and a stage performance that gave the audience what they came for the night belonged to ABB. Sometimes everything just clicks. 🙂
