Family, colleagues, friends, all of us, celebrated Petra Ernyei last night at a totally packed Jazz Dock when she took the step into adulthood, and in what way!  This excellent singer gave us a musical biography and hints at what to expect in the future in a concert that will not easily be forgotten. A five hour performance that for sure had something for everybody, a show that was brought out with the skill, the joy, the love for music that you can expect when you have some of the best musicians the republic has to offer on stage. We were all there for her and she charmed and thanked us in the best way she can, singing.  I’ll not go into the individual high level performances that we experienced yesterday, mostly because I will probably forget to mention someone and that would not be fair because there were only stars on the podium last night. And also because last night was something unique, something special, it would be too hard to try and review that. Look at the pictures and hopefully you get a small feeling of what it was like yesterday. And remember, I’m only talking about the official part, the one that ended after midnight…  Thank you Petra for sharing some memorable moments with us…
