The traditional Blues Breakfast and an update of the rest of the day!
We are back in business! The sun is shining and nobody remembers the thunderstorms anymore. 🙂 And even if some have to get up too early, there’s still some work to do, the blues population got their traditional breakfast at normal time, 11.00-13.00 🙂 Breakfast is served at multiple locations around the city, I ended up listening to Adam Zalewski Trio which turned out to be a more than perfect choice. Professional of course but also so relaxed and in every way enjoyable, a perfect way to start day 2! The streets are alive again and yhalinen.com is there. Tomorrow morning at the latest you´ll find a photoreport/story about the rest of the day´s event.

  Yesterday is history and in what way. After breakfast, the blues population got what they ordered, good music, company, sun and everything was fine again. And the blues offering was again really high-quality, not everything needs to be played on the main stage, without, and it’s still brilliant. The stars of the festival are only a small part of the whole event, the grassroots bands and above all the audience are what make it the real atmosphere, and that was the case yesterday as well. If you ever come across it, don’t miss it, the Polish Piano Blues Band and especially its soloist is something you’ll hear about in the future. And if you need energy for house heating, Spain’s La Perra Blanco has enough to share for the rest of us, WOW and WOW, just to mention a couple of nice surprises. Today we will continue, it remains to be seen how, since at least me woke up to the sounds of thunderstorms!Â
