SAD POST ALERT!! I started playing the saxophone when I was 10, and my dream was to be a successful jazz musician (it still is!). By the time I was 15, I had saved up enough money to buy myself a Selmer MKvi tenor saxophone, and was lucky enough to find a beautiful one for sale. I bought it and felt my dream was coming true. I was soooo incredibly proud of it, and have been ever since. It’s been my only instrument for nearly 35 years.
Last night on my way home after a gig, in a moment of stupidity, I left it on the floor of my car to quickly go to say hi to my friends at Jazz Dock, and when I returned to the car, my window was smashed and my saxophone was gone 
I am a moron.
I am a moron.I’m in total shock and devastation. This is a nightmare. To all my friends in Prague, please keep a lookout in case you hear of a tenor saxophone for sale in a bazaar or something. Any help or advice would be much appreciated.
