Now it’s official!

We can now officially declare that the summer has arrived for 2025. If anybody had any doubts about it they for sure disappeared yesterday at the Jazz Dock with the opening of the “Jazz on The Rooftop 2025″. A sold out Rooftop had it all. The clear blue sky with a temperature around 25 C”, saw a May Day celebration in the spirit of the first republic. Customer’s dressed up in the style of the period were offered a free drink, there was a special retro menu which included a favourite dish of the great Tomáš Garrigue Masaryk and on top of all that we had Swing Melody taking care of the musical entertainment. With the sounds from the same era one can only state, If there ever was a band in the right place at the right time it was yesterday. These guys are true professionals, I presume most of you know that but, the technical skills don’t normally include the smiles and joy that we were offered yesterday. And of course, the disease was contagious, I promise you, the band was not the only one that spent the afternoon with a big smile on their face. The exception was maybe all the bypasser who stopped and clearly wondered what was happening on the Roof! 😀 And not to be forgotten, the Jazz Dock staff that made everything to make us feel good and they succeeded in their efforts. 🙏 So what can one say more than thank you and, “we will be back!” 😀
