The epitome of enthusiasm!

With Petra Vlková & Libor Šmoldas In Duo at the The Old Lady last night we closed the musical month of October to the sound of standards performed with that little twist that’s so characteristic for this duo. Add to this the sound of Petras brilliant scat singing, her personal, honest stage performance, combined with Libors absolutely fabulous chord melodie runs and you understand that once again we were in for a musical treat in the genre called jazz. And now I haven’t even mentioned the important part that wrapped any audience around its little finger, whether they liked the music or not. I’m of course referring to the genuine love and enthusiasm these two share for what they are doing, this is something you don’t need to be a music expert (which thank god I’m not!)  to feel, see, hear and experience, just say thank you and enjoy!  Do you think I’ll be back the next time this duo is on stage?
